Perfect Night In Swap: Package Reveal

**(I know we were supposed to post about this yesterday, but my camera and computer decided to be uncooperative, sorry im late!)

A few weeks ago I signed up for the "Perfect Night In Swap" hosted by Linny, over at Linny's vault.  I got paired up with Alyssa who blogs over at Two-Thirds Scarlett, who sent me such an awesome pink filled box of goodies! :)

The concept of this swap was to send each other gifts for a perfect night in, and I sure did get a perfect night in!

I was very excited to open up the box and see only pink! Those are the best kinds of gifts :)

How cute are these slipper! I love slippers, I hate walking around barefoot, so you can never have enough slippers :)

Surprises for the husband

I surprised Jon today with a few little gifts :)  Last week, i placed an order online at the duck store and had the order delivered to his office.  He was SO surprised and had NO idea he was getting this.  I was in meetings all afternoon, once i got back to my desk i found this text :) And yes, i still have him in my phone as boyfriend, i like it better than husband :)

I guess the box was waiting for him on his desk when he got back from his lunch, he had absolutely no clue what it was or who it was from.  Hes a very happy man today :)

After work, i made Jon and I a healthy dinner, chicken with vegetables in a whole wheat wrap.  And instead of using any sauce for the spread, i used fresh avocado and they were SO yummy!

Then I went online to look for accessories for my laptop and look what i found??!!!

SO perfect, so Jon ordered this for me :)  The pink keyboard mat was on .06!!! The shipping and handling was more expensive! lol, Everything together cost $19, i cant wait to get these in the mail next week and i cant want to have a cute pink laptop!  Yesterday, i also ordered a hello kitty decal from Etsy for my laptop too.  Its going to be the cutest laptop ever! lol

Mr. & Mrs.

Joe and Kim came over tonight to say hi because they are unable to make it to our engagement party tomorrow. They brought us a really cute gift, 1st the bag the gift came in was a pink princess castle with the Disney princesses on it, which of course i love! But they also got us each a mug that says "Mr." on Jon's and "Mrs." on mine. They are really cute and i cannot wait until I sip some hot chocolate out of mine :)

 

Today was a fairy tale

Today was probably the best day of my life! Jon proposed and it was so cute!

So i had a nail appointment today @1 for a fill and a pedi. As i was getting ready to head to my appointment Jon said that he wanted to drive to the beach afterwards, i said that was fine and off i went. I was at the nail salon from 1-3, and Jon called me during the middle of it asking me how long it would be for me to be home, i said i would be home in like 30 mins, at this point i didn’t want to go to the beach anymore because it was already getting late. So i got home and Jon said that we were going to go for a walk at this place his manager told him about, he told me to get ready to go. My hair was a mess but i didn’t feel like doing my hair so i just changed and told him that i was ready and he told me that he wanted me to get "Pretty" and i told him that i did feel pretty and i didn’t see a point in get dressed up just to go for a walk, so off we went. Jon took me to Council Crest, we got out of the car and we were walking and Jon said that he needed to get something from the car, i didn’t think anything of it. We then walked over to the main area where there's a really pretty view of Mt. Hood. We wanted to take a picture, so Jon walked over to a lady and asked her if she could take a picture for us, while i wasn’t paying attention, he told the lady that he was going to propose. So she walked over and gets ready to take a picture, right as she is about to take it, Jon turns me to face him, pulls a ring box out of his pocket and gets down on 1 knee and asked me to marry him!!!!! I was so excited and happy! OMG!!!! It was so great and the whole time, the lady kept snapping pictures. It was so great!!! I was shaking! The 1st person i called was my mom and she was so happy! We then left Council Crest and went to McMenamins to meet up with all of our friends, because he had called them and told everyone that he was going to propose to me. It was so wonderful!!!! Holly and Correy got me a bouquet of flowers and a hello kitty balloon, and Jon also got me a dozen of red and pink roses. Everything was so perfect and wonderful and of course, I LOVE MY RING!!!! I’ve got the perfect princess ring!!! I cannot wait to marry my best friend!!!
