Busy day!

Jon and I had a very busy filled day! I had to be up early to head to work and volunteer at our fair.  I only worked until noon, and then i headed home to get ready for our evening.  While i was volunteering Jon was at home manning the garage sale all on his own.  He had a pretty successful day and made some good money, right on time for Vegas! Below are a few pictures that I snapped during the fair.

It wasn't very busy when i headed home.

But I'm pretty sure the day was a success!

Once home i headed to the grocery store and got the food i need for dinner.  I decided to make Skinny Sour Cream Enchiladas! They turned out SO good! I highly recommend them and they are healthy so that's an awesome plus! I made chicken enchiladas and a few vegetarian ones with black beans and veggies.  We had Jon's Cousin Mamie, her husband Dan and their daughter Evie over for dinner.  Mamie doesn't eat meat so i made the vegetarian ones for her.  I wasn't sure how the vegetarian ones would turn out but they were good too! I also made homemade refried beans and rice.  Unfortunately, my rice didn't cook correctly so it was just enchiladas and beans.  Dinner was still super yummy!

It was a nice quite evening with the cousins.  We had fun playing with Evie.  She had a blast playing with Miley.  It was so cute hearing her giggle!  We also watched some home videos of Jon and Mamie when they were little and lived in Pendleton, it was pretty and of course embarrassing for them!

She enjoyed being tickled by everyone.
