Jons Bonus Dinner

We had a big night tonight, it was Jon's bonus dinner.  So I decided to leave my office a little earlier so i could get home and get ready for our big night. 

I'm currently obsessed with all of the trees and their leaves, so i had to snap a few pictures walking to my car.

I got home around 5 and started to get ready, Jon met me at home and drank a beer while I got ready.  We left our place at 6 to drive out to Seattle for dinner at 6/7 restaurant.  The drive there wasn't bad at all, we were expecting traffic but we were wrong, it was a good drive and we even got there about 20 mins early! Ya!  The restaurant was amazing and romantical! We definitely want to go back there again and stay at the hotel.  It was right on the water and super fancy.  We met up with Jon's bosses, Scott and Zach and sat down.  Our dinner together was great and so easy going.  I was a little worried that it was going to be a little awkward and all business talk but it was nothing like that.  Scott and Zach are super nice and a lot of fun.  We drank a lot, and had the best steaks! While Jon and Scott were outside smoking, Zach and I were talking and he said that they are trying their best to get us out to California because they know that that's where we want to go, so that was very exciting to hear.  They just want Jon to build the Washington and Canada office before they promote him again.  I told Zach that we signed a 15 month lease, so we at least plan to be here for another year.  After dinner, Zach presented Jon with his bonus check and they said some really great things about Jon.  They are very impressed with how much of a hard worker he is and how he has already done so great as the manger here in Washington.  They are very excited for Jon's future with bisco and his growing career.  They definitely do plan on making our move to California happen, which is so exciting.  It was nice to see Jon get recognized by his bosses because Jon really is a very hard worker, and he does such a great job.  I am very proud of him too and the exciting thing that are in store for our future.

We got home to the ground and my car cover with snow/hail.  The yucky weather is about to begin, boo!

We had such a good time tonight and i am so proud of my wonderful husband and all of his hard work.  I'm glad that his bosses made a sspecial trip out here to take him out a nice dinner and recognize him and his hard work, and presenting him a very nice check! Now its time to do some shopping!!!!
