I found THEM!!!!

So since Ive had my dress, Ive been on the look out for the PERFECT shoes, and today, i met them!!!! Jon and I went to the mall, a mall we had never been to, and as we were walking through Nordstrom, i spotted them!! they were sitting there on the display, calling my name.  They were pink and sparkly, everything i envisioned and more, and there they were!!! I instantly told Jon that they were the ones, but after looking at the price he said that i should try to find cheaper shoes.  I didn't argue, because we had just gotten to the mall and i knew that we would have to walk past them on the way out.  Soooo on the way out, we stopped to look at them again.  A sales guy saw us and asked if i wanted to try them on, and i said YES! so he brought me my size and i put them on and was even more in love.  The moment i put them on, Jon knew they were the ones too.  i felt like such a pretty princess in them and i cannot wait to wear them with my dress!!! I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Elli’s Birthday

-Got up early today to meet up with Pastor Frisinger. It was a really good meeting. We talked about communication, something that Jon and I do need to work on, well I do, because I'm really bad at it. Anyway, we talked to him about me coming back and working at OHSU and Jon staying in Redmond. Pretty much what was decided was that that wasn’t a good idea. I need to stay with Jon and try to find a job that I love here, in Redmond. Which I agree, I would be sad if I left Jon and OHSU was a really stressful job. I just need to start looking for something I enjoy in Redmond, and finding a job that I enjoy will probably make me like living out here a little better. So Monday, I'm going to start looking for a new job that will make me happy!


-Jon and I then went to the Shane. Co to find our wedding bands. I did not like it there and they were not very helpful, so we went to Kays at the mall. Oh man, did we find what we were looking for! Lol. First, I was trying to find a band that matches my engagement ring but, since I designed it myself, there was no band that looked good with my ring. So then the guy said that we can trade my ring in and get a whole new ring that had a wedding band that matches. I was a little hesitant at 1st because, its MY ring, MY special ring that Jon pop the question with! But after some looking we found a ring, that looks pretty much like my original ring, and we are keeping the original heart shaped diamond, so we went ahead and got me a new ring. So now I'm ring less, because I had to leave my ring there, for 2 weeks, it wont be ready until June 25th, my bridal shower day. I'm excited to get it and see what it looks like! We also got Jon his wedding band, and we really like it. I'm excited to see him wearing that everyday. I think it finally hit him that were getting married so soon when he was trying on the bands. He so cute!

-After the ring shopping, we went to Build a Bear and I got a new Hello Kitty bear! YAY! It’s a pink one and its super cute! Now I can cuddle with 2 Hello Kittys!


-We then headed over to Elli’s party, which was at Esme and Curtis’s house. It was a lot of fun. They had a dj, and really good food! My dad was there of course, I didn’t talk to him, I just said hi. His daughter was there too, and she kept talking to me. I felt bad, because I didn’t want to be mean, but I also have nothing to say to her. But I was nice and tried my best. It was really fun hanging out with all of my family together, including my dad. Jon had fun too, hanging out with the boys. I'm glad that Juan and everyone likes him and makes him feel like a part of the family.

Im sitting at work listening to my Ipod and our song just came on.  The song that i want to have my first dance to with Jon at our wedding.  Everytime i hear this song, i get butterflys in my stomatch just listening to the lyrics and imganing Jon and I dancing to it in front of our all our guest.  I can imagine people looking at us with tears in their eyes, tears of joy because they can see how in love we are and how happy they all are that we married.  I get so excited thinking about my future with Jon. I love him so much!

Last night we also started watching the "Love & Respect" video that Pastor Frisinger is having us watch.  Im glad that we FINALLY sat down to watch it and it already has helped us comminicate with each other about our insecurities and how we can make things betting in our relationship.  Im happy that were doing this together becasue this will just bring us even closer and help us have a better realationship.  I couldnt imagine doing this with anyone else.
