Mi Tierra

After having a low key Saturday night and quiet Sunday day, I wanted to get out of the house and have some good Mexican food. 

I am so glad that I married someone that appreciates my Mexican culture and loves Mexican food as much as I do.  We are always on the hunt to for good Mexican places around us. 

We tried Mi Tierra for the 1st time on our 4 year dating anniversary and were very impressed by the food, so we decided to check it out again tonight.  Once again we were both impressed with the food! Of course, its not a true authentic Mexican restaurant, still haven't found one of those here, but this place still makes me happy :)

Jon got the tacos de pescado (fish tacos)

I was boring and just got taquitos, but they were SO good! Especially with the queso fresco

Bean dip, salsa and some other salasa that was AMAZING! I think its pico do gallo.

And we both got horchata to drink, which was also amazing!
