Im pretty proud of myself! Tonight i came up with dinner all by myself, without using a receip AND only using what we have at home. I made us chicken taquitos, healthy style. Instead of frying them in oil, i baked them in the oven. They were filled with chicken, a small amount of cheese, green peppers and onions. I topped them with shredded lettuce, avocado slices and tomatoes. Husband was happy to come home from the gym to this! Yay me! :)
