Moving day has arrived!!!

The day Jon and I have been waiting for the past 3 months has FINALLY arrived!!!YAY!

We had to get up early today because the movers would be arriving at 8:30 to start the move.  I had to finish up packing the living room and i also just started throwing things into boxes, because i just wanted everything to be packed and i wanted to be DONE with it! The movers showed up right on time and got to work, I think it took them about 2 hours to move everything out an into the truck.  I had to sit around and hold Miley and i also took pictures of our place before we said good bye.

The man cave..We never really were fans of this room.  It was always cold in there and the room was just really small and Jon had a really hard time putting his man cave together here.

Our bedroom, another SUPER small room, we have a king sized bed, so it pretty much took up the entire room.  I L.O.V.E our bed!

My walk in closet...It was nice to have a walk in closet but I always had a hard time getting it organized, i didn't like the way the racks were placed.

Before the movers finished up, Miley and I headed over to the new place to wait for them there.  So Miley got the chance to explore her new home before the movers arrived.  I recorded her exploring the place, because i didn't want Jon to miss out on the moment.  She was so cute, at first, she was scared to go up stairs, but once she got up there, she was off, just running around the whole place.  I'm pretty sure she already loves the place as much as we do :)

The movers arrived a few minutes after Miley and I, and they started unloading.  Since i did most of the packing of our apartment, i got to just sit back on this part of the move. I just directed them where to put boxes and such. But once the couch made it into the house, i had to take a seat and relax for a bit :)

The kitchen, which i L.O.V.E!!! I love how big and open it is! I cannot wait to make Christmas dinner and treats in there.  I'm going to love cooking so much more in here :)

Jon's new man cave.  Its bigger, and it already has a built in desk and shelves in the closet, so it give him SO much more space for a couch, we are planning on getting a futon for this room, so he can relax in here and so that our out of town guest have a bed to sleep on when they visit us.

Our bed room, which is HUGE! We will still have plenty of room in here even with our large bed, YAY!

My walk in closet.  I love this one so much more! Its in my bath room, which is another plus and its a lot bigger and has better rack placement than the old place.  The only problem now is that I'm going to have to share some closet space with Jon, lol. 

So after ALL of the moving, the movers were done by 1:00, the whole move cost us $420.00, which i thought was really good and totally worth it! After they left, I jumped in the shower, and then Jon and I just relaxed.  The dish guy came at about 2:00 and gave Jon the greatest news of his life.... They are unable to hook dish up at our current place, which gets us out of our contract for FREE!!! Jon and I H..A..T..E dish, its the worst, and it would of cost us $200 to end our contract early, which is a 2 year contract.  So since they are unable to hook it up at our new place, we got out of it.  Jon was soo happy about this.  He called comcast right away to try and have them come out today, but they wont be able to get us cable until next week sometime.  After all of that, i went upstairs and took a nap with Miley because i had plans to go to the Nutcracker in Seattle with Ainara. 

The Nutcracker was awesome! i love it! I wish Jon would of came with us, but since its ballet, he wanted nothing to do with it! lol.  I thought it was so cute watching the little kids dancing around, i want my daughter to be a ballerina! Maybe even our son! lol.  Ainara and I plan on getting the boys to join us at the nutcracker next year.  I'm sure if i bug Jon about coming long enough hell give in and come, I'm sure hell love it!
